JOB GOALS:
Describe and promote features, practices and systems of multi-tiered systems of support among school, district and community audiences
Promote the logic and application of the tiered model of prevention and support
Describe the features of proactive school-wide discipline systems
Promote a continuum of behavior support for individual students
Promote implementation of team-led process
Support strategic data-based action planning within the school and district
Provide direction in assessing progress and fidelity
Provide direction and support to building administration specific to culture and climate initiatives
Collection, analysis and use of data in decision-making
Coordination with district efforts
Existing member of school-based Culture and Climate Committee
Participation in monthly Culture and Climate Team meetings
Data collection in building
Meetings with school-based administrative specific to culture and climate data analysis and action planning
Ensure expectations are taught, reinforced, and monitored at the school wide level
Creation and facilitation of school-wide celebrations
Facilitation of monthly sub-committee meetings, including creating an agenda
Communication of activities at faculty meetings
Collect and analyze data
Communicate with parent organization
Attending district team trainings as well as targeted coach training and work sessions
