In this temp-to-hire position, you'll earn between $19-$20 per hour and have the flexibility to work 2-3 days until 7 pm per week and every 3rd Saturday from 10 am-3 pm.

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering basic questions regarding auto, home, and umbrella policies, coverages, and premiums, providing first-call resolution, and making it easy for customers. You'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain complete product knowledge of all three lines (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella) and accurately enter and update policy information into the various processing systems and handle phone inquiries. You'll also perform research and initiate changes/corrections to customer's policies.

Job Requirements:

• College degree and/or Property and Casualty license preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, listening, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong computer/data entry and math skills
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership

Job Details:

• Shifts will fall between 8 am-7 pm. Need to have flexible availability as shift times will fall between this range.
• Will work until 7 pm 2-3 days per week.
• Need to be able to work every 3rd Saturday from 10 am-3 pm.
• Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
• In-office position in Horsham, PA
• Temp to hire position
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
