About the role
This customer facing role will lead all elements for Colgate Palmolive's Oral Care eCommerce business with Walmart. You will elevate Colgate's online performance by translating brand strategies into sales & marketing plans to drive category, share & sales. You will also work closely with the Consumer Experience & Growth teams in New York.
We are looking for someone who can elevate the eCommerce knowledge in our team & will be seen by Walmart as outstanding to do business with. Ideally, you are currently working with or on an ecommerce business, and handling the day to day. You're able to develop strategic plans to elevate your engagement & brands with your existing customers. You know how to optimize your content to engage and excite customers, as well as how to work with your buyers to deliver outstanding partnership to ensure mutual growth is being delivered. You become comfortable with multiple data sources, partnering with agencies and generating insights into business opportunities. You are organized, efficient & passionate about ecommerce, and constantly curious on new and innovative ways to collaborate with customers.
The role:
Be the leader in online engagement with our shoppers, optimizing search, content & shopper marketing activities
Own the eCommerce Oral Care P&L & deliver on all Keep Performance Indicators including Net Sales, GTN, Profit, Market Share, Consumption, ROAS & executional excellence. You'll also have a customer lens & be passionate about delivering their JBP goals on sales & profit as well as grow Walmart's share of market.
Analyze Walmart Luminate data to generate insights & opportunities to engage your customer contacts and drive growth for our Oral Care business
Influence our Walmart Connect investment to optimally grow our business in Walmart
Present Colgate innovation and support plans to your key Walmart contacts in annual line reviews. You'll also need to be able to provide portfolio recommendations for Walmart.com depending on shopper needs & trends
Work with Walmart's eCommerce supply chain teams as well as Colgate's CPFR teams to ensure our products are always in stock and available online
Partner with our 3rd Party to understand business performance and trends to improve Media investments and help make more thoughtful business & decisions and recommendations.
Work cross functionally with other team members to ensure alignment of strategy across categories and brands
Own all elements of the Oral Care ecommerce (Atlas) plan, lead 5Ps, forecasting and planning from beginning to end internally & externally
Be the Champion of eCommerce within Colgate's Walmart Team & share standard process in the organization
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree required
Currently experience working with online customers in the consumer goods (or similar space) required
Experience using Prodigi and/or Clavis will be positively received
eCommerce customer experience preferred
Customer Management experience with shopper marketing / marketing experience preferred.

Salary Range $79,200 - $131,250 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
