Jardine Milton Keynes is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.
Your role
If you are passionate about delighting your customers each and every day and believe in going above and beyond to exceed their expectations, you’ll fit right in.
We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a brand-new team, based in our BMW and MINI dealership in Milton Keynes, that will:
- Support customers who phone to make bookings for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Respond to customer enquiries across other channels, such as e-mail, SMS, live chat, and social media.
- Help us maintain strong customer relations by proactively contacting customers after they visit our BMW and MINI dealerships.
- Make sure our customers are aware of our latest offers through proactive contact.
- Provide key support to our dealership colleagues by maintaining accurate customer and vehicle data.
With full training from our dedicated Learning and Development team, you don’t need automotive experience to succeed.
Your profile
You’ll need to:
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Be committed to developing your skills and building an extensive knowledge of the BMW and MINI products and brands.
- Be happy to work to set objectives, within agreed timescales.
- Be a strong team player.
