We are looking for positive and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Wath upon Dearne to work on an exciting new digital brand. This full-time flexible Customer Service role offers a competitive salary, a clear career path and development opportunities as you deliver amazing customer experiences.
As we understand the need for flexibility, this Customer Service Advisor role has the option of working the following flexible shifts:
- Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm)
- 3-day week (36 hours per week and weekends off)
- 4 days on / 3 days off
- Pick your own shift with 6 weeks’ notice
Working within the Customer Experience team, you will have an absolute passion for customers and be professional, helpful and supportive to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations at every opportunity. You will also have the option of hybrid working after 12 weeks.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar customer service role and outstanding customer engagement and communication skills. You will need an eye for detail and the ability to guide a customer through the entirety of their issue to ensure a smooth resolution. The following skills and knowledge will also be vital to success:
- Organised and structured to be able to plan the working day and reprioritise when needed
- Excellent problem-solving and solution-focused approach with a “can do” attitude
- Adaptable team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, ever-changing environment
