Job description
Security Monitoring Centre now has an opportunity for a full time Customer Service Agent (CCTV) in Nottingham. The main goal of this role is to assist with the monitoring and response to CCTV and intruder alarms based at our newly refurbished Nottingham Security Monitoring Centre.
- Respond to and process CCTV and alarm activations, speedily and accurately
- Inform the relevant Emergency Authorities and Customers
- Handle internal/ external customer related enquiries and deliver high levels of customer service at all times
- There are various shift patterns available and you will work 38.5 contractual hours per week, working day and night shifts (eg two days of 7am to 7pm followed by two nights of 7pm to 7am then four shifts off)
- Have previous customer service experience, ideally telephone based
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team in a customer service environment
Additional Information
- Salary of £22,822 pa including shift allowance. This will increase to £24,000 upon successful completion of probation
- Overtime at 1.5x basic rate
- Bank Holiday at 2.5x basic rate
- Christmas Day and New Years’ Day at 3x basic rate
