Position Requirements

• Answer Internal Inbound and Outbound calls
• Assist with Solving Problems
• Learning appropriate use of policies and procedures
• Data collection, entry and ordering of products
• Professional behavior with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or varied shifts as assigned
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members
• Bring new ideas and practices to the table
• Develop and maintain knowledge of HCCE and Verizon products and services
• Meets department productivity and quality standards

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $15.00/hour.
