Join British Swim School as a Swim School Location Manager in Cliffside Park and help us on our mission to save little lives!

As a Location Manager, you lead this location’s team of customer service reps and swim instructors. You are responsible for providing the premium customer service and swim lessons that British Swim School stands for. You oversee the complete operation of the location, schedule your team, handle customer service escalations, and ensure your team is trained and motivated.

BRITISH SWIM SCHOOL is dedicated to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer in the water, and we will not stop until accidental drowning amongst children is history. Across 26 states and Canada, we work every day, for every child and adult who cannot swim. To prevent drownings. To save their lives. And we don't give up on anyone.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LOCATION MANAGER

• A minimum of 3-year experience in leading a team of customer service representatives, ideally in a customer-centric industry like hospitality, retail, travel or child care.
• Love and passion for leadership and elevating employee’s performance - an eagerness to see growth and progress from your team
• Being a quick learner
• Availability to work on weekends - that's when our swim schools the busiest!
• Ability and willingness to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics, e.g. swimming pool safety and pool operation.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, sometimes even hectic environment.
• Lots of energy and a positive attitude
• No swim experience required

• Pay starts at $50-60K depending on experience
