Summary:
A Project Manager should have a solid understanding of Halton products, processes and procedures that allow for the use of Halton proprietary software, product pricing strategy, structure and effective Consultation for a wide range of Industry customers ensuring that all aspects of a project are completed and complete customer satisfaction is attained.
Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 annually based on experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.
Manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion- Generate HELP Selections
- Generate HEAT Selections
- Review Bid Docs and generate Live Quotes for final bidding processes
- Assist with Budget Quotes as needed
- Request Submittal Drawings via Sharepoint
- Coordinate with CSM for “special” Applications Engineering requests
- Address all project issues/problems during order development and post shipment
- Work hand in hand with Regional Sales Mgr. concerning all aspects of customer support and sales support
- Act as Sales backup when Sales Persons are travelling
- Maintain overall quote backlog in NAV reviewing the first week of every quarter via Rep input (January, April, July, October)
- Develop relationships with Architects, Consultants, Mech Engineers, Dealers and Reps
- Release orders to production, ensuring all necessary information is available
- Travel with Regional Sales Manager (2 times yearly)
- Keep Sharepoint schedules up-to-date
- Gather all necessary reporting information and be prepared to discuss at weekly CS Meetings

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree and related experience and/or training
- Basic knowledge of AutoCad
- Have a clear understanding of computers and ability to navigate various software packages including: Navision, Microsoft Office and Halton Design Software
Language Skills
- Ability to read and speak English
- Possess both written and oral communication skills appropriate to a workplace environment
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Other Skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
