The Customer Service Representative job in Rockland, Maine is responsible for making calls to and answering calls from customers, inputting daily shipment requests, and recording detailed notes. You’ll have a solid understanding of administrative office tasks, and data entry. This is a full time position.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Must be professional, organized, thorough and detail oriented

• Must have excellent customer service skills

• Should be tech savvy and comfortable with computers, phones, and other office equipment

  
  

Customer Service Representative Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm

• Pay Rate: $20/hr

• Start Date: ASAP
