We have an immediate opening for a motivated, energized and experienced Customer Service Representative for our Sacramento, CA branch.

Responsibilities:

Service our existing customers while working with distributors or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) networks

Provide product recommendations, prepare quotes and provide technical assistance

Work closely with Branch Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Corporate Product Group Managers, Sales/Operation Management personnel.

Requirements:

3+ years of industrial sales background; inside sales, customer service, "B-2-B", or distributor sales

Detail oriented – order entry through Microsoft D365 or experience working with an ERP system

Self-starter that is as effective working alone as they are working on a team

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of a company and with customers

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience working in a Microsoft environment; working primarily with customers through email and telephone
