- Job Overview -
Start Date: 9th of January 2023- Salary: £10.00/hour, £19,500 per/annum
- Location: WORK FROM HOME
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Shifts: Monday - Friday (08:00am - 20:00pm) Saturday (09:00am - 17:00pm)
- Training Duration: 2 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Full attendance is required!
- Contract: Permanent
- Requirements: We raise a basic Criminal Record Background Check and Credit Check for all our candidates due to campaign probity requirements. Due to the new ID Verification process, we can only accept candidates who hold valid UK/Irish passports at this moment of time.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the person who provides a fantastic customer journey on each interaction. People are the heart and soul of our business and we want the successful applicant to have an upbeat “can do” manner and provide that personal touch. If you are friendly, like to talk and can take direction, this is the perfect role for you.

- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
- Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard.
- PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
- A good consistent typing speed.
- Take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
- Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment.
