You will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

We are looking for reliable and honest candidates to join our team of Customer Service/data Entry Specialists. A successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently, completing tasks in a timely manner. This position requires candidates who can remain calm and focused under pressure, as well as individuals who have a strong sense of ethics. The ability to multi-task is a plus, and we are looking for individuals who are capable of quickly learning new concepts and technologies.Answer and direct inbound calls according to script.

• Answer questions from customers regarding company and services.
• Enter data into the computer system.
• Enter and analyze data.
• Learn about other department's products and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
