Customer Service Advisor – Back-shift/No weekends
Newcastle
Basic Salary: £20,500 - £21,500
Start Date: 16th January 2023

We're looking for talented people with customer service experience gained in either a face to face or contact centre setting to join Tesco Bank’s friendly Credit Cards team based in Newcastle.
Using your excellent listening and rapport building skills gained from retail, hospitality, leisure, or a call centre environment, you’ll receive inbound calls from customers and provide an outstanding customer experience. By taking responsibility for each customer, you’ll use your own judgement to resolve queries appropriately – but don’t worry, full training will be provided so that you can do your role effectively.
With a start date of 16th January 2023, you’ll work Monday to Friday 1PM-9PM and NO WEEKENDS

- Application Closing Date 5th January 2023. As you will be working in an FCA regulated environment you will need to pass Credit and DBS checks in order to be offered the role.
