We are seeking a motivated individual with strong work ethic that wants to earn more than an hourly wage. A team based selling atmosphere, all working towards one goal! Although this is a team-based approach you will be compensated on your individual performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide excellent service to both new and existing Verizon customers, by assisting with bill inquiries, technical support for devices, creating accurate quotes for Verizon products and services, and building lasting relationships
• Build rapport with customers and discover their needs, then develop solutions utilizing an array of devices and services created to keep them productive and connected
• Help to create and keep a loyal base of customers through networking and outreach, including attending occasional community events
• Collaborate with store team members to maximize opportunities by identifying and utilizing the strengths of each member
• Work together with team members to maintain a neat and orderly store, including some merchandising and cleaning
• Providing customers with products and solutions which helps to simplify and organize their lives
• Creating personal connections to make tech look simple
• Generating sales by using your passion for cutting edge technology
• Helping customers enjoy the best things about their new products so they can begin using and enjoying them immediately
• Excelling in a team-based environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
