Customer Success Manager Software CX Suite
Criteria for the Customer Success Manager:
1. Preferred: Bachelor of Science
2. The Customer Success Manager should understand retention and upsell of existing accounts
3. Preferred: You’ve been a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with a quota
4. You have been a CSM for ERP software; however, not required
5. The Customer Success Mansager should be naturally curious, love to learn, and enjoy helping others succeed
BrainSell is seeking a talented, results-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with existing customers, maintaining customer retention and customer satisfaction while uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to help our customers improve their business.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,500.00 - $120,000.00 per year
