As a Customer Success Manager at Kanarys, you’ll be an instrumental player in our growth as we accelerate our efforts to partner with enterprises while focusing on creating and delivering amazing customer experience. This individual focuses on leading customer onboarding, defining/communicating customer success plans, regularly updating the main stakeholders on account status, and identifying areas for growth. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.

What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for validating and championing the expansion and adoption growth with your book of business
  • Manage the onboarding experience for customers and coach customers alongside their business needs on a defined timeline, promoting methodologies and business practices to promote DEIB within their workplace
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction, expansion opportunities, risks, and escalations
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer value and loyalty
  • Increase user adoption, retain customers, and create opportunities to upsell products and services
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data teams to champion customer needs and improve their experience

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of B2B software customer success experience
  • A genuine desire to create more equitable workplaces. Strong DEIB acumen is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and interpret customer behavior through metrics and CRM data
  • History of driving positive customer experiences and outcomes
  • High level of intellectual curiosity
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering mutually beneficial results
  • High functioning in ambiguity and fast-paced growth environments
  • Project management experience is a plus
