Your new role As a customer support analyst you will provide first line support to Saint–Gobain e-commerce platform and other customer facing services. This will include; • supporting customers with technical queries • providing first point of contact fixes and escalation to other teams within the business • manage inbound queries through multiple channels of communication • Work with both technical and non technical teams to support the customer journey. • Manage customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner At Saint-Gobain, our purpose is to ‘Make the world a better home’.
