Aether Gardens is seeking a motivated full-time Data Analyst to be a part of our dynamic team in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Join our team of amazing individuals in one of the most rapidly growing industries in the country.

Selected candidates will be analystice and curious with the patience to cleanse data as needed. Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working with little oversight.

Responsibilities Include

• Will be responsible for monitoring data quality, track data exceptions and perform root cause analysis working with data providers
• Measure, and monitor reference data (Item, Vendor, Strain, Customer) from source system applications
• Track, analyze and perform root cause analysis working with operational data for various department
• Develops strong relationships with cross functional partners to provide feedback on business improvements
• Builds reports to enhance decision making at all levels of the organization
• Responsible for reporting on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of enterprise data
• Create documentation and training materials to drive master data standards
• Leaflink Marketscape Analysis
• Product Trend Analysis
• Regional Sales Analysis
• Menu Re-enginnering
• Dispensary promotional strategy review
• End of month sales reports

Requirements

• In depth and STRONG Excel experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
