Emler Swim School is a rapidly growing company based in Dallas, TX. Emler and its affiliates service families in eight states and at over forty-five facilities. We are currently seeking a talented Data Analyst (contract). This position will support our Business Analyst team by interacting with all departments across the Emler Swim School system, collecting and reporting data to influence positive performance of the business. This position is remote eligible and will fill about 10-20 hours of work a week.
How you will spend 10-20 hours a week:
- Working closely with the Company’s Business Analyst to evaluate business processes and provide regular reporting to many departments and stakeholders for the business
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various c-suite executives and producing useful reports
- Supporting business units with analytics and business intelligence tools to enable insights
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of data
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 1- 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Software proficiency, including MS Office, Google Workspace
- proficiency in SQL
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or MBA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Sales forecasting, budgeting, data validation and analysis
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent Microsoft applications skills: including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in Python / R
