Job Description

D & A Services, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join our Data Management team in Des Plaines, IL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze multiple types of data files, identify issues, and make suitable adjustments
• Perform duties related to data exchange internally and externally with all clients and third-party vendors, including client requests, report creation and certification
• Process, export, audit, and review letter processing
• Extract data and import into proprietary software and troubleshoot issues
• Reconcile inventory and balances across multiple portfolios and clients
• Maintain system log for efficient follow-up to inquiries
• Simultaneously handle multiple client data projects or other tasks on a routine basis
• Document new and existing processes
• Perform routine data cleanup
• Support Director of Data Management and the data team with other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two years’ work experience in an office setting required
• Experience in Latitude Collection System is a plus.
• Prior experience working in the credit/collections/financial industry preferred
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in an analytical role preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Must possess a high degree of attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
• Strong communication skills; both written and oral
• Must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office product experience, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
• Must be driven and a self-starter
• Strong Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Ideal candidate is an adept learner possessing a strong ability to take and follow direction
• Must possess a strong desire to learn about and work with data, statistics, reporting, and analytical tools such as SQL

Compensation and Benefits:
