Elotek Systems, Inc, has a 42-year track record as a leading Manufacturer’s Representative in the Western US. We have an immediate opening for a Data Entry Clerk to support the team based in San Clemente, CA.
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be US Citizen, fluid in English with excellent communications skills
· Excellent phone and customer service skills
· Competence of MS Office & PC Proficiency
· Strong multitasking skills
· Organizational skills
· Basic math skills
· Live in or near San Clemente
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Office Manager and Assistant Administrator. Heavy data entry, processing quotes, communication with customers and salesman via phone and email. Must have a strong work ethic, an aptitude to think outside the box and a drive to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
