PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configures standard and custom objects, flows, roles, permissions, sharing sets, approvals, and triggers in Salesforce
  • Participates in the day-to-day administration and configuration of multiple Salesforce organizations for numerous DoD customers
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Provides demonstrations using WebEx, Team's, or other DoD approved video conferencing solutions
  • Minimal Travel (10% or less)
Requirements:
MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree and related experience in business or technology
  • Minimum 1 year Salesforce experience, building applications, configuring standard Salesforce objects, providing customizations, & automating features and processes
  • Experience with Standard and Custom Objects, Flows, Roles, Permissions, Share Settings, Approval Processes, Triggers, Reports, Dashboards, and Communities
  • Ability to support day-to-day tasking on multiple Salesforce organizations for multiple external customers
  • Ability to work as part of a team to improve the existing capabilities and build out new functionality
  • Experience performing QA testing for iterative development cycles across various Salesforce implementations
  • Ability to transition customer requirements into Salesforce implementations
  • Ability to provide day to day end user support and assist users to increase their knowledge of Salesforce
  • Some experience creating and managing users, profiles, roles and permissions
  • Previous experience importing and exporting data
  • Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce issues and escalate as needed
  • Ability to learn customer systems/processes, identify workflow or system improvements, and articulate benefits clearly
  • Able to gather and analyze requirements, facts, and data to solve complex problems, draw inferences, weigh alternatives and present logical solutions
  • Experience creating training and user documentation as well as maintaining ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities, including flows / validation rules, data security features, and deployment of change sets
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and eager to learn!
  • Saleforce.com Administrator Certification is a plus
  • Experience with APEX, APEX TRIGGERS, VISUALFORCE, Lightning Web Components, Einstein, HTML, JAVA, SQL, SOQL, Tableau CRM/Lite/CRM Analytics, DocuSign, creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce as well as PowerBI, and/or S-Doc's a plus
  • Proficient skills in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Previous Risk Management Framework (RMF) support experience a plus
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Technical Documents
