Portable Insights, Inc is a marketing and opinion research company. We operate an opinion research call center and live focus group facility at our Warwick, RI research center.

We are seeking candidates for the role of Daytime Call Center and Focus Group Interviewer. This simply means that you will work with our team, using our large respondent database, email platform and social media posts, to recruit, contact, screen, and schedule members to take part in fun and exciting focus groups. NO SALES! We pay the focus group participants for their time.

Telephone related Customer Service Experience is preferred but not necessary, we will train you.

If you are an outgoing person with social media experience and willing to learn and grow in our company, then we want to talk with you.

Starting compensation for this role will be an Hourly Rate with potential to move the right candidate to a Salaried Position with Performance Bonuses.

Must have strong communication skills, be competent in Excel, Word, Outlook and various social media platforms. Experience with Act! Database a plus but will train.

Must be reliable, on-time, remain organized and focused with strong time management skills.

Expected Hours of Work:

· This is an IN-OFFICE full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
