A bout this job:
T he Dean of Operations ensures the quality and efficiency of the school on a day-to-day basis and supervises all managers and coordinators of school operations and building maintenance.

What You'll Do:
-
Administer and manage activities within a specific area of a responsibility. -
Serve as the subject matter expert and apply gained knowledge to execute, maintain and improve systems, programs, or processes.

Ensure that school operations are in adherence with fiscal policies, local compliance, and reporting requirements.

Work with the Principal and other school/District leaders to develop and manage the school’s budget.

Understand the school’s priorities and ensure that school operations are executed in alignment with priorities.
What You’ll Need:
-
A Bachelor’s Degree, required. -
Have 3+ years of experience in operationsmanagement experience in a fast-paced environment.

Have experience inbusiness, operations, or management.

Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.

Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
