Stanley Heifetz, DMD is a high end dental office in West Harrison, NY. We are professional office and our goal is to add a part time highly experienced receptionist for our dental practice.

We are looking for a receptionist with a passion for patient care and customer service. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to dental emergencies in a timely manner. We're also looking for candidates who can assist the team by creating appointments, handling insurance plans, and performing other administrative tasks and MUST be proficient in Softdent.
Responsibilities
- Office Hours Monday 9-3, Wednesday 9-5, Friday 9-3
- Answer and coordinating scheduling patients between 2 offices
- Have a friendly and welcoming demeanor to everyone.
- Organize and file patient documents, insurance records, and billing statements, collect payments, recalls
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
