Dental Sleep Medicine Patient and Insurance Coordinator

1. Meet practice production goals through strategic patient scheduling.

2. Manage all patient insurance claims.

3. Manage all patient accounts, including accounts receivable.

4. Manage all referrals & correspondence with other offices.

5. Network with referring practices, and with practices with referring potential to help grow the McKinney & Greenville DSM programs.

6. Maintain systems for the management of insurance claims, and to ensure each claim meets all criteria for submission.

7. Develop independent insurance billing capabilities.

8. Be able to perform one on one patient consultations in person, or via online video calls.

9. Be willing to learn new clinical skills for OAT.

10. Perform operatory and sterilization management of supplies and instruments, when needed.

11. Create monthly financial reports to track office collections.

12. Stay up to date on the latest DSM education.

Requirements – Medical or Dental office experience

Primary work location is Greenville, but time spent in McKinney office will be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

• Greenville, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Insurance verification: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical billing: 1 year (Preferred)
