We are expanding our services in the Rochester area and are looking for a Design Assistant to add to our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate to get their foot in the door with a growing company. Industry experience not required. Employer offered benefits, healthcare, 401k, and PTO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open/Close/Maintain the showroom
• Greet/interact with customers to gather more details surrounding their project.
• Schedule appointments for the design team
• Assist with Material Ordering
• Answer customer FAQ's
• Assist with designer's estimates
• Observe designers during the customer appointment
• Respond to inquiry emails

Qualifications:

• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly comprehend new software and apply technical knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of phone handling and walk-in customers
• Retail experience required
• Self motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working and thriving in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16-$18/hr
