Job Summary

Helping with Tier 1-3 support for an investment Management firm supporting 250+ users and 32 departments and several sub-departments in Santa Fe. Also supporting 50+ users who are throughout the United Sates, the UK and Asia.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works closely with experienced team members who are responsible for providing technical assistance and support both on-site and remotely.
  • Assists with computer systems, hardware, software and some network support.
  • Responds to support requests, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems and determines and implements a long-term solutions.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience with computer troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment .
  • Ability to multi-task with minor supervision.
  • Excellent customer service – professional, empathetic, helpful with a positive attitude, who is proactive in finding solutions and follows up with customers.
  • Comfortable supporting all levels of users including C-Level .
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration - Comfortable starting conversations, asking questions .
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to document process to help build and maintain current Confluence knowledge base .
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with:
    • Active Directory & Azure administration – account setups .
    • Citrix environment setup and support – Creating VM’s, adjusting resources .
    • Computer hardware experience i.e., installing memory, hard drives, video cards, batteries.
    • Monitor, printer, scanner, phone, webcams, external speaker setups and deployment .
    • AV Support - Zoom Rooms, Projectors, Sound Systems .
    • Working with confidential information (PII).
  • Familiar with:
    • Mobile Device Management – Azure Intune, Maas360, JAMFNow .
    • Monitoring tools i.e., Anti-virus (SentenlOne), Goliath.
    • Service Management Tool/Ticketing System – Freshservice .
    • Supporting mobile devices i.e., iPhones, iPads, Androids .
    • MacOS 12 Monterey.

  • Someone looking to stay and grow technically in this position as well as work with other IT groups on projects and support.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift or move a minimum of 30 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Must have a driver’s license for off-site support
