Our large manufacturing client located in Decatur, Illinois, is looking for a Development Research Engineer, to add to their team.
Position's Contributions to Work Group: Will be working with an offshore team in India to coordinate and execute work in virtual manufacturing engineering work. Key to meeting client expectations and deliverables working under a team leader based in Decatur, IL
Typical Day: - Meet with team lead to get task activities for virtual manufacturing analysis
- Coordinate work and gather updates with offshore engineering team
- Meet with clients
Education Requirements: Bachelor degree in engineering with 7-10 years of experience (can be reduced based on advanced degree). Design or manufacturing experience.
Technical Skills: **Required: Team Center or Creo experience. VizMockUp experience. **Desired: Previous experience. CAPP+, MESA experience.
Soft Skills: Clear, efficient, and effective communication to teams and clients. Can work with remote teams and different time zones.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
