About Copeland Trucking, Inc.
We are a family owned company looking for a full-time Commercial Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
We are a well-established over the road trucking company and this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability and future growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Preventative maintenance, including grease jobs, oil changes, tire changes, etc.;
- Diagnose and repair after treatment systems;
- Diagnosing and repairing engines and air brake systems;
- Communicate effectively to ensure efficient repair and diesel fleet mechanic performance;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Must possess basic mechanic tools as required to work on heavy equipment
- Must possess a foundational knowledge of engines and their operation
- Ability to lift parts and equipment weighing up to 75lbs
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Fabrication skills, such as welding, a plus
- Experience with Insite, Davie 4, and Service Ranger 4 is a plus
