Waterview Hills Campus is home to Waterview Hills and Salem Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare: Two facilities committed to providing outstanding Subacute Rehab and Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care. Together, these facilities offer patients the best rehab and nursing care they can obtain after their hospital discharge.
The primary purpose of the job position as a Dietary Aide:
- A Dietary Aide / Food Service Worker must be reliable and dedicated to providing excellent meal service to our residents. Healthcare experience is great but not required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare food, serve residents, clean up after meals.
- Proper “in kitchen” preparation and cleaning in regards to the station assigned to you including dishwashing.
- Completing all tasks assigned according to given job duty for every shift.
- Prepare cold and hot food and beverage items in accordance to diets and recipes.
- Serve resident tray line and main dining room.
- Assemble trays according to prescribed diets.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Some High School Education
- Experience working in a kitchen or food service in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Experience in a health care facility (hospital, nursing home, assisted living) preferred.
- Must be personable and reliable.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.
- Exemplary customer service skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
