This is an exciting opportunity to join the Health Sciences School. You will work closely with the School’s Learning Technology Team, members of professional services, academic staff, undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will also liaise with Digital Learning Advisors and Learning Technologists in the Faculty and across the institution.

You will be a dynamic team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaboration with colleagues.

You will play a key role in supporting digital learning projects that are aligned to learning and teaching priorities. These projects will vary and include the adoption and evaluation of digital learning tools, through to supporting wide-scale projects and the appropriate use of digital learning tools or pedagogy.

You will enable and encourage the adoption and use of learning technologies by academic colleagues, by supporting the delivery of a range of staff development activities, advice and guidance. You will further use your skills in developing online resources to create interactive learning resources that support learning and teaching. You will also act as a source of expertise across the Health Sciences School for both staff and students on a range of digital technologies, providing technical assistance and support to users on technologies such as Blackboard, Google Apps, Kaltura, Turnitin, PebblePad, and mobile technologies. The ability to support service users is essential as is a positive approach to customer service.
