Description

  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on attraction, conversion, retention, and revenue
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Use data, best practices and innovative ideas to build and execute the roadmap for all digital marketing initiatives – SEO, SEM, social media, Content Marketing, E-mail, Affiliate Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
  • Manage corporate platform to communicate to trade using LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
  • Prioritize and project manage all marketing deliverables and share progress on a weekly basis with corporate stakeholders
  • Create new and innovative ways to use social platforms and digital content to drive traffic and increase engagement
  • Design, write and test highly effective email programs to improve demand generation
  • Lead regular reviews of marketing and website analytics and metrics, design and execute processes to keep stakeholders continuously informed regarding marketing performance
  • Lead and develop e-commerce driven brand campaigns to generate online and offline sales while creating healthy awareness
  • Expand percentage of the desired target demographic, and engage existing customers more deeply
  • Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
  • Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
  • Create effective paid campaigns on social media platforms
  • Create email blast campaigns to target key customer segments that drive revenue
  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
  • In store/ account visit to understand consumers interaction with product

Requirements

  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Exposure to digital and direct-to-consumer marketing
  • Experience working with a content management system
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Competence as a creative writer
  • Strong project management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of web design principles
  • Ability to identify long term trends in data
  • Ability to travel as necessary
