Job description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of digital marketing campaigns with an emphasis on e-mail marketing. Other priorities include, but are not limited to: generating website traffic, growing leads via form fills, increasing product & services sales, generating phone calls, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to monitor, analyze and optimize the performance of our digital strategies. You will be required to establish and meet quarterly goals for digital marketing performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a focus on email, using the Listrak tool.
  • Conduct analysis of campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Liaison between Sales Department to create specific goal-oriented marketing campaigns.
  • Work with a creative team for support (if necessary) and subject matter experts to create emails advertisements for our products and services.
  • Assist in strategizing of social media content, landing pages and other digital marketing.
  • Work with sourcing to ensure we offer the right product mix and inventory levels.
  • Create and measure KPI’s.
  • Perform marketing research.
  • Proofread content to ensure accuracy.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to write engaging and effective copy with clear call to action.
  • Solid math skills: the ability to solve for “X”, comfortable with percentages, ratios, and KPI calculations.
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing KPIs: impressions, views, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, shares, orders, revenue, and so forth.
  • Ability to analyze situations and data, make recommendations, and determine favorable outcomes.
  • Excellent at time management and managing daily work activities.
  • Works well with a team as well as independently to meet deadlines.
  • Can work well in a fast-paced environment. Able to multi-task and adapt to change.
  • Experience with: email campaign creation, data analysis, SEO, social media, experience in e-commerce, digital campaign strategy, list or audience growth, lead generation.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Computer Science preferred.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing.

  • NetSuite

Physical or Other Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Local candidates only.
  • Some remote/WFH opportunities available.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
