As Digital Media Customer Support Agent, you will interact with, provide support, and troubleshooting to our clients. You will support APAC clients during APAC hours. An understanding of digital marketing processes and ecosystem is required.
What You'll Do:
- Take a high-touch approach to support, encouraging frequent interaction with customers and working with them to a full resolution of any issues for our Clients product
- Own customer technical questions and issues through monitoring Zendesk or from direct communication with customers
- Leverage deep functional expertise to manage a diverse and complex scope of support issues directly related to the use, support, and implementation of products and solutions
- Build out documentation and knowledge base articles for a variety of technologies and solutions
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify solutions to complex problems and target areas of improvement to better serve our customers
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with a cross-functional team
- Experience with tagging, and streamlining of digital media campaigns preferred
