Do you have a passion for helping people and want to make a difference in the day to day lives of Adults with Intellectual / Developmental disabilities? We are seeking dedicated, energetic, and compassionate team players to join our empowering team of providers.

New Day Adult Family Home, located outside of Oakdale (Just minutes from Tomah) is proudly in our 16th year of business. New Day operates state licensed Adult Family Homes serving Adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Our staff, with many that have been with us for 10 plus years, share a great passion to serve and meet the daily needs of our residents that reside within our facilities.

We are currently looking for a Part time day shift provider that would include every other weekend. We also have overnight direct support professionals. Our day shift is 7am to 3 pm and our overnight shift is a 16 hour shift (Paid Sleep time) from 3pm to 7 am. We are always looking for team members that are flexible with scheduling.

Responsibilities include:
-Providing resident centered care
-AdL's / Personal cares to include bathing, toileting and cleaning
-Medication Administration (Training Provided)
-Meal preparation
-General house cleaning
-Recreation activity with residents

CNA experience not required. We will train the skills needed for the position.

If you like a laid back, fun, and casual family atmosphere without the stress of a corporate setting, you will want to check us out. Work independently and at your own pace serving a maximum of 4 residents on a shift.

Pay rate will be discussed furthur during interview. Pay rate is based on experience and work history. We have a new wage scale and are very competitive in our field. We offer Bonus Pay and assess pay rates regularly.
