Strawberry Fields, Inc. is seeking qualified staff to assist adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges.
As a professional in this position working in a challenging setting, you will actively and creatively provide emotional support and hands-on personal care while assisting with daily living skills (e.g., money management, medication monitoring, socialization, sexuality issues, household management, and vocational development).
The successful candidate must be flexible regarding work schedule. Staff will be serving highly energetic and interactive consumers. Staff must have excellent interpersonal skills. Active social engagement is a MUST! The ability to work as a team member and actively participate in all daily routines is essential.
Part-time is working a flexible schedule up to 27 hours per week, does not include benefits.
- Primary hours evenings (4pm-8pm) plus weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) days (8am-4pm) or evenings (2pm-10pm)
- Primary hours days (9am-5pm), overnights (10pm-9am) together with weekend and holiday shifts
- Primary hours Monday and Wednesday dayshift (7am-3pm) and evenings (2pm-10pm) together with weekend and holiday shifts
- Weekends! Saturday days (8am-4pm), evenings (4pm-9pm), together with holiday shifts
- Primary hours are evenings (2pm-8pm), weekend days (8am-4pm, 9am-2pm) and evenings (3pm-10pm) together with holiday shifts
- Primary hours days (6am-2pm, 8am-4pm), evenings (4pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm), together with weekend and holiday shifts. Double coverage is from 6am-8pm. Overnights (10pm-8am) a possibility. Weekend availability a MUST! Available semester breaks preferred
- Primary hours Thursday through Sunday include evenings (4pm-11pm, 2pm-10pm) , days (8am-4pm) together with holidays. MUST be available Saturdays and Sundays!
- Weekends! Primary hours available Thursday through Sunday, evenings (4pm-10pm, 2pm-10pm), days (8am-2pm), awake overnights (10pm-8amam) together with holidays. MUST be available Sunday evening and overnight shift
We are offering a $2.50 shift differential paid on all direct care time working in our Behavioral Support Homes.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) background and skill set preferred! Primary hours evenings (3pm-11pm), overnights as sleepovers (11pm-7am), together with weekend and holiday shifts
- Primary hours include days (10am-6pm, 11am-7pm), evenings (3pm-11pm), sleepovers as needed (11pm-7am), together with weekends and holidays.
