Penn-Mar Human Services is now seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (also known as DSP, Residential Assistant, Nursing Assistant, CNA, Home Health Aide, Caregiver, GNA, Personal Care Assistant, PCA) to support our individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Penn-Mar Human Services is offering both full-time and part-time positions with a variety of schedules to accommodate your needs! No experience necessary, we provide paid training and team support. Entry-level candidates encouraged to attend.
This job is inclusive of, but not excluded to the following duties:
- Personal Care as needed (to include assistance with toileting, feeding, transfers, etc.).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, traverse, kneel, bend from the waist, etc., as needed.
- Applicant must be able to communicate verbally, visually and audibly.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid US Driver's License for at least 2 consecutive years, and less than 3 moving violations (NO Major Violations, D.U.I's, Suspensions) in the previous 36 month
- Ability to pass pre-employment Background /Drug Screen/ Physical/ TB Test.
