Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks a Director in New York, New York
Conduct technology focused audit initiatives covering integrated and IT specific audits while adhering to professional auditing standards. Conduct discussions with business and IT management to define audit scope and prepare audit planning memorandum. Create and present audit scoping memorandum that includes a summary of audit objectives, scope, approaches to senior members of the audit team. Liaise with local and offshore resources within the cross-function audit teams for successful execution of audits. Draft audit reports assessing potential findings for significance and track closure verification efforts to ensure issues identified are remediated and closed in timely manner. Present audit findings to Internal Audit and client senior management, and manage audit activities within established budget and timeliness. Execute audits in line with audit test program and within time and budget.
Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $103,000 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
Requirements:
Requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years as an Associate, Analyst, or a closely related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience with: testing Access Management, Capacity Management, Interfaces, and Disaster Recovery controls; data analytics tools and technologies including Tableau; Data Quality, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence tools including SQL (DB2, and SybaseIQ). Requires one (1) year of experience with: performing Risk Assessment testing including Corporate Security, Information Security, and Security Architecture; auditing vendor applications including Archer, Apollo, Axiom Global Infrastructure, Beqom (Compensation systems), Indecomm Kaizen, Voice Recording Control Systems, and cloud applications; Change management testing.
