Richard Heath and Associates is seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity:

Director of Battery and Resilience Programs

Full-time, exempt

JOB SUMMARY

Under general oversight of the Director, Project Management the Director is responsible to ensure all program/contract goals are met for RHA’s battery and energy resilience program(s) which can be complex. The incumbent will manage the people, sub-contractors, administrative, planning, and day-to-day operations of the program in accordance with the scope of work, terms and conditions contained in the contract and program management plan. The Director will also serve as the key clients point of contact, manage escalated issues with the client and lead business development for this growing area of work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Master's degree in Business or related area.
• Five to ten years of increasing responsibilities in program or project management – preferably in an energy efficiency, solar or battery storage related environment and in a utility-related environment.
• Minimum five years of successful people management.
• Experience with the design and permitting of solar systems and/or battery storage a plus.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and dealing with senior level management and executives.
• Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record and at least minimum automobile insurance coverage.

Pay Range:

$120,000 - $140,000 DOE
