Director of Home Health Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Forecast needs, set priorities and execute business strategy for the region
• Develop and lead a team of sales account executives throughout the 5 boroughs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources
• Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key hospitals
• Meet with, and present the benefits of quality patient care at home to existing and potential referral sources
• Recruit and train a field-based sales team
• Set and achieve goals for sales revenues
• Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team including operations support and clinical management
• Reports to, and meets regularly with, senior leadership

Requirements:

• Sales leadership experience
• Home Care experience which may include LHCSA, CHHA or Private Pay
• Ability to develop and implement a sales plan
• Established contacts in the Metro NYC Region
• C-level negotiation experience
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Staten Island, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Senior Home Health Sales Leadership: 4 years (Preferred)
• Home Health Industry: 4 years (Preferred)
