Director of Home Health Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Forecast needs, set priorities and execute business strategy for the region
- Develop and lead a team of sales account executives throughout the 5 boroughs
- Build and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key hospitals
- Meet with, and present the benefits of quality patient care at home to existing and potential referral sources
- Recruit and train a field-based sales team
- Set and achieve goals for sales revenues
- Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team including operations support and clinical management
- Reports to, and meets regularly with, senior leadership
Requirements:
- Sales leadership experience
- Home Care experience which may include LHCSA, CHHA or Private Pay
- Ability to develop and implement a sales plan
- Established contacts in the Metro NYC Region
- C-level negotiation experience
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Senior Home Health Sales Leadership: 4 years (Preferred)
- Home Health Industry: 4 years (Preferred)
