You’ll play an integral part in helping us shape a structure that puts the properties first, ensuring they have the tools and resources to be as successful as possible. As the ‘voice of the property,’ the Director, Field Marketing will oversee a team of Regional and Area Marketing Managers who will be the main point of contact for all things marketing at our properties. The role of this team is ensuring marketing strategies are properly implemented, executed, and ultimately deliver on desired KPIs. VITAL SUPERPOWERS
You’re equal parts a consultant and a doer.
You’re confident, speak with conviction and can influence without authority.
You’re okay with guiding and teaching, but willing to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
You are self-motivated, seek to continually understand trends and evolve, thrive in a fast-paced environment, but love working with a close-knit group.
You manage dynamic tasks, diverse marketing projects with ease and strategic skill.
Your experiences have led you to understand that there is an art + science to the how and what a marketing leader is responsible for; the passion to understand and support the direction of the business and the importance of knowing how people drive the success of the company. We are looking for a new teammate who is passionate about marketing, collaboration, and communication with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve issues. You maintain awareness of trends influencing our business and bring forth innovative ideas + solutions that drive customer awareness, and retention for both individual hotels/restaurants and the brand. Your experience will drive how you approach this role, but you are always striving to learn more. Glasses are always half full to you and laughter is the best medicine.
