Responsibilities

The Director of Human Resources provides expertise and guidance across multiple human resources disciplines including the development, implementation, and communication of policies/procedures, benefits/compensation, change management, organizational and performance management, legal/employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience and course work in management or related field required. PHR certification a plus.

• Minimum five years of human resource management experience required. Health care experience and/or experience with the elderly preferred.

• Strong communication skills both verbal & written.

• Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with all ages, especially the geriatric population.
