Director of Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• TRI-STATE AREA NJ, DE, AND PA - MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL*
• Manage all accounts within budget and performance guidelines
• Provide solutions to operational challenges
• Customer Service -Establish a proactive Customer Service environment through
• Effective planning, clear definition of expectations, frequent measurement, and feedback.
• Administration - Implement and follow existing SOP's to help guide ALL facets of Operations Core

Daily focus on improvement of:

• Customer Satisfaction
• Quality of Service
• Productivity
• Employee morale and well being
• Organization/Team Development
• Implementation of Innovative Ideas
• Identify and develop individuals who can grow within the company
• Customer and Employee Support

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Work Location: On the road

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
