As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Hospice Care Consultants, Site Leadership, and Clinical Teams to contribute to that mission. On an average day, you will…

• Organize and communicate strategic plans for our Hospice Care Consultant teams
• Maintain commitment and accountability to meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual growth objectives, and hold HCC Team committed and accountable to the same
• Drive patient census growth by assessing competitor information and trends, researching and identifying referral opportunities, exhausting direct-marketing tools to generate leads
• Promptly respond to and fulfill needs of HCC team and the field
• And perform additional, related duties as needed
