Director Franchise Operations Digitization and Operating Model Optimization

JOB SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this role is to lead System engagement on data, technical and digitization strategic initiatives that support the 21st Century Partnership Franchise operating model (Bottler Eco-System of CONA (Coke One North America), Northstar, NPSG (National Product Supply Group), CBS (Customer Business Solutions), NRS (National Retail Sales), FSOP (Food Service & On Premise), Franchise). This would include 1) The development, execution and maintenance of a data sharing strategy and approval process 2) Steward and lead projects that build cross entity capability 3) Lead system engagement in Digitization projects/capabilities

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead strategic initiatives across multiple internal and external stakeholders (systems capabilities, data access, cross entity optimization).

  • Execute agreed to initiatives aligned to roadmap and future destination

  • Develop strategic initiatives that support the roadmap for optimization.

  • Engage internal and external technical experts to gain alignment on future state operating model structure.

  • Define clear roles for each support entity and evolve as necessary

Communication Complexities:

  • Engage with technical experts across the System to identify areas for optimization.

  • Engage with senior leaders in NAOU (North America Operating Unit) and external support entities to align on and execute strategic initiatives to optimization the operating model.

Analysis:

  • Analyze, identify and recommend optimization opportunities between NAOU, Bottlers and external support entities

  • Resolve any prioritization, resource constraints or governance issues to ensure implementation of needed systems capabilities across NAOU, Bottlers and external supporting entities

  • Determine business value and prioritization of systems capability and data requests from NAOU and Global functions.

Judgment and Decision Making:

  • Optimal future state structure of Franchise Operating Model for external support entities

  • Optimize initiatives across NAOU and external support entities

  • Identify implications of changes to participation in external support entities

  • Systems capabilities required to support Franchise Operating Model

  • Business Planning: Identify and gain alignment on opex and investments needed to support optimization of the Franchise Operating Model across CCNA and external support entities.

Innovation:

  • Develop future state digitization and data destination for the Franchise operating model.

  • Create strategic initiatives roadmap for operating model optimization.

  • Create cross entity processes to ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working in or directly with one or more external support entity CBS, CCBSS, CONA, Northstar, and NPSG.

  • Business process and digital initiatives development and execution

  • Working with the Bottling System.

  • 7-10 years previous work experience required

  • Minimum education level required: University/Bachelor’s Degree

Location - Atlanta, GA

Travel - Less than 20%
