Position: Disassembly Engine Technician

Country Sales and Service, LLC is currently looking to fill a full-time Disassembly Engine Technician position for our Disassembly Department. Candidates for this position should have 1-3 years of experience with diesel engines. Candidates for this position should also have 1+ years managing two or more employees. The technician will, under the supervision of the Service Manager, be responsible for the disassembly, inspection and cleaning of diesel engines. Will be required to accurately document all phases of the disassembly process and provide a detailed report of work performed. This position requires the accurate management and tracking of engine cores and inventory parts. Additional duties include, but are not limited to; loading/unloading of customers, loading/unloading of trucks or any other duties as required by the position.

Tools Provided.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30pm. Weekends off. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule.

Starting Salary: $12-$14 per hour, based on experience.

Benefits: 6 Paid Holidays, Paid Uniforms, 1 week of vacation after one year of full-time employment, Health Reimbursement, 401k program and OEM technical training classes when applicable. Eligibility for benefits after completion of probationary period.

Country Sales and Service is an OEM certified diesel engine remanufacturer servicing multiple brands and industries. Interested candidates must have a strong work ethic, a high level of attention to detail, be organized, maintain a clean work environment and be team oriented with an excellent record of attendance and punctuality. Candidates must have a working knowledge of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Etc.) and the ability to learn an inventory management system in order to perform the duties required of the position.
