Lake Marina and Yacht Docks
As the face of Bay Harbor and the Nautical Center of the Great Lakes, you will help ensure our boating guests have a safe, friendly and enjoyable stay in our marina and yacht club docks.
Full-time Seasonal – May to October
Starting pay $15/hour
- Providing each/guest owner with exceptional concierge service
- Assisting boaters during arrival and departure; handling lines, power cords, and hoses
- Entering reservations for checking boaters in and out using software program
- Providing pump-out service
- Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of docks, facilities, and grounds
- Assisting with special events on weekends and holidays
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Boating and/or marina experience preferred, but not required
- Must be minimum age of 16, with valid driver’s license
- Operate power washers and small equipment
- Seasonal positions are flexible to accommodate student schedules
