Specific Job Duties:
- Provides advanced technical guidance to personnel, engineers and management on technical projects or large-scale changes.
- Leads cross functional teams to solve very complex fab-wide issues.
- Manages multiple mentoring relationships with junior engineers to them to help them develop technical skills.
- Manages technical review efforts to propose, refine, and confirm root cause sources, apply effective countermeasures.
- Works on extremely complex assignments that require an in-depth evaluation of intangible variance factors.
- Reviews and consults for designs of experiments (DOE) setup and results interpretation.
- Provides technical roadmaps for the organization.
- Provides technical expertise to project teams.
- Ensures and promotes a mindset of high quality and continuous improvement.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum Years Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in related Engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred.
